Cancellation, Exchange & Refund/Return Policy


Thank you so much for shopping with us. Here at Kimberly Renae Candle Collection, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! To ensure this happens, it is very important that you read all of the product descriptions and sizes prior to purchasing any product. Upon reading the entire product description and shop policies, feel free to message us with any questions you may have at krcandlecollection@gmail.com


Kimberly Renae Candle Collection does not currently accept any cancellations, exchange, or refunds/returns unless product(s) arrive defective, damaged or if an incorrect order is received. We also cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds/returns on sale products or gift cards. We appreciate your understanding. Damages and Issues 

Kimberly Renae Candle Collection will work with you to resolve any issues you may be experiencing concerning our products. When your shipment is delivered, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective or if an incorrect product is received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Immediate contact and photo documentation should be emailed to krcandlecollection@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery of the product(s) in question.

Conditions of Exchanges, Returns/Refunds*

*These are the conditions of refund/return for the products that are damaged, defective or for when incorrect product(s) are delivered. 

Kimberly Renae Candle Collection will take responsibility for approved return shipping costs. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be notified of the options available (exchange, refund or replacement) for your product(s). If a refund is selected, funding can be returned via Kimberly Renae Candle Collection Gift Card or via your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund if the return via original payment method is selected.

If not approved, exchanges, refunds/returns, or replacements will not take place. 

Please Note: We do not refund for orders that are delayed, lost, or stolen through the fault of the mail carrier. See Shipping Policy for more information.
